A bell shaped skirt with a ribbon tie waist that is elasticated in the back, side pockets, and stitched down pleats in front and a single center inverted pleat in the back. The hemline is curved in the front creating a slightly shorter length. The soft cotton flannel like fabric has a fine stitched vertical pinstripe.
